ANNETTE DOVE

Founder of TOPPS, Annette Dove, also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the nonprofit organization. Dove's academic background consist of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education K-12, a Master of Science Degree in Education, an Elementary Education Administration Certification, an Arkansas Teacher’s Certificate, and a TAPP (Training Arkansas Profession Pathways) Certificate as a State Trainer.  Dove also has over 30 years of experience working directly with youth.  Dove has taught in the Pine Bluff school district for 11 years, 11 years as the director of the federally funded program “Home Instruction Program for Preschool Youngster (HIPPY), served 12 years as the church youth director, and multiple years on the Early Childhood Commission.
